Good food and service

This was my first time here. The food was delicious and had a relaxing atmosphere! The service was quick and the waitress was friendly! If you’re in the area, you should stop by for a bite to eat!

Terrible food and terrible service. The girl at register is very rude. Long wait time with cold food when you pick it up. Fried chicken salad burned. Fries not fresh. Mozz sticks cold. They told us 35 minutes because we ordered a pizza but cooked everything else first and it sat. Do not recommend. I keep trying to give them chances but I'm done wasting my money.

The food is good. But the help is slow. The waitress makes you feel like you're bothering her when you ask for something. One of our party or 4 ordered a second drink and it took about 10 minutes to get it. Thank goodness there were only 3 ta less to wait on

I'm in the Fork Union area a few times a month and always make a special trip to Sal's for a large pizza. Wonderful people/staff, always greeted with a smile everytime. The restaurant and restroom are always very clean and well maintained and smells nice.

All Sal's locations are great, but if you want the best pizza, go to the shop in Fork Union. Great pizza crust!

The food we ordered was good!!once we got it!!! Service was just okay, for some reason lil waitress kept forgetting 'everything' I would ask her for...I would give 4 stars if we did not have to wait so long for our food. It was well over an hour an half for a chicken cacciatore dish and a calzone.. as stated food was good!!! Service was just okay tonight...

Friday Dec 20th. Went in at 6.00, left at 6.20 after sitting in a booth for 20 mintes with no service. I could understand if it was busy but there were only 4 customers. Very disappointed as hood is usually good and we were really hungry. Went across the street, ordered and got food in 20 minutes even though they were swamped.

Terrible service!!! I took a picture and I wish I could post it!!! I ordered a chicken filet sub with lettuce, tomato and Parmesan cheese, the foil was stuck to the cheese- which ripped half of my bread when I opened the sub. The chicken was burnt on both ends and needless to say it had NO lettuce or tomato on it!!! I opened a bag salad I had from food lion to add to the sand which and cut the burnt ends off. It’s late and I didn’t cook so I tried to eat it. It’s like everytime I order, something is either missing or wrong. It’s not worth the money...I’d rather go across the street than spend another dime here!!!

Bad service, watched as the wait staff did everything else but wait on me. Very few customers. Food and drink took a long time to get to the table and the food was nothing great. Most likely will not return.

My friend and I were looking for a place to eat. Happy we stopped here. I haven't had a good steak and cheese sub in while. The type of sub roll you guys use is so good) The trio was awesome. Needless to say..although it's not on our daily route we will be back. Everything was great. Good food, good service, nice atmosphere, and family friendly place. I recommend it.
